A Reasonable Stay

The location was definitely a highlight. We were quite close to many major attractions. Staff were accommodating regarding my late check out request. WhatsApp messaging to staff for requests proved very efficient.

The rooms were not very sound proof. I could hear neighbors quite easily. Beds were NOT comfortable. This made for a bad night SLEEP.

the location was fine. it was close to everything i wanted to see.

the noise was unbearable. garbage trucks roared through the street at 4 am. doors slammed constantly, i thought someone was breaking in. the tv offered only italian, french, and spanish channels. not one english option was available. i found this quite irritating, especially after a long day of travel.

The communication was smooth even before I booked, like with arranging airport transfers. I felt the staff was super friendly. The room sparkled, and the bed felt great. I loved the coffee machine plus those pastries! the bathroom was just great.

The check-out time was at 10:00 AM. It is early for me. I wanted to sleep a little bit longer. Luckily, I asked for a late check-out, and they let me stay until 11:00 free.

our room didn't match the pictures online at all. it was an old, run down, smelly apartment around the corner and we asked to switch, but no other rooms were available. i was told they have multiple buildings and aren't required to put us in the main building.

The room had a coffee machine and some pastries. The bathroom was nice with fresh towels daily. I also enjoyed that breakfast was at a cafe just around the corner, named Unik. It was lovely.

The hotel was begging us to use their car to move around and avoid 'the BAD surprises', it was weird.
