Guest Ratings & Reviews
I loved my stay at Hotel Condotti. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean, but being in the other building without reception was a bit inconvenient. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay delightful. The location was superb for exploring Rome, but the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a great value with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located in a vibrant area of Rome, offering good value for leisure travelers. The rooms, though a bit far from the main hotel, were very good. The service was exceptional, particularly the helpful and friendly hotel manager and the polite staff. The location is a major highlight, being in a safe and vibrant area within walking distance of Rome's attractions. The dining experience, while ordinary, has some interesting options to consider. The facilities are well-equipped to meet basic needs.
I stayed in a room just around the corner from the main hotel on a busy street. The minimal space around the bed was a bit disappointing, but the excellent service from the staff made up for it.
The hotel is situated in a wonderful vibrant area of Rome, just a stone's throw away from the Spanish Steps and other major attractions. The rooms, though clean and quiet, felt somewhat dated and tired. The service, while fantastic and helpful, was a bit distant from the main building. The dining experience offered fresh and tasty food but could use some enhancements. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its prime location and friendly staff.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with very friendly and accommodating staff like Fabio and Alex making my vacation even better. The rooms were a bit small but didn't bother me at all, and the hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Spanish Steps. However, the lift to get to the rooms was challenging, and the lounge area between the rooms looked unkempt and disorganized.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room they put us in was from a different building, which was spacious and clean with a good-sized bathroom, including a bath. The service was really nice and so helpful, especially from the approachable and nice staff in Rome. The location near the Spagna metro station made it convenient to explore the city easily. However, the pictures were different than reality, and the noise at night and early morning was bothersome. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel had clean and adequate rooms, ideal for our stay, but the size was a bit small for the cost of three nights. Although not boutique-style, the rooms were very clean, yet the extractor noise made it hard to sleep with the window open.
The hotel is more suited for young couples due to its layout with stairs leading to the rooms. The rooms, though on the smaller side, are impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offer a charming courtyard view. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the Spanish Steps, historical sites, and indulging in shopping sprees at designer stores. Dining options are somewhat inconvenient, requiring visits to outside areas or a separate restaurant, but there's a variety of breads, cold meats, and even USDA prime-aged steaks to enjoy.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were nicely renovated and well-equipped, located in a separate building just a short walk from the main area, which I found very convenient. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so helpful and friendly, even making a restaurant reservation for me. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by top sites and close to the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel's annex, located around 50 steps from the main building and slightly detached from reception, offers clean but compact rooms. The service was a mix of welcoming and detached attitudes, with varying levels of kindness and professionalism. The location is truly outstanding, being near the historic center of Rome and within walking distance of key attractions and the Spagna metro station. The dining experience was average, with opportunities for improvement. Overall, the value for money was highlighted by the excellent location and friendly service.
The hotel rooms were well equipped and nicely decorated, seemingly recently renovated with all furniture in excellent condition; however, they were a bit too hot and a little far from the main hotel. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The location was superb, close to the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti, making evening walks delightful. The dining experience was subpar, as it was very basic, similar to what one would find in a one-star hotel and located in a small basement room. Despite this, the hotel offered local organic products. The facilities were decent overall.
